India Festival 2005
Just got back from the "India Festival 2005" held at Veteran's Memorial Hall in Downtown Columbus. The theme of the festival was to "Celebrate and Experience Indian Culture and Heritage.". It was fun. Got to see some nice cultural events. Judging by the reacion of the audience, "Bhangra" was the most popular event. Best part was some delicious indian cuisine. Took mom and dad also and they felt they were literally back in India (mini India atleast) considering that there was an expected audience of about 15,000.
