World Cup Prediction - Semis
With the world cup semi-finals about to get underway in a few hours time, i figured i'd make a prediction on the outcomes of the games. Considering that my prediction success has averaged 50% (see my previous prediction post) and i was accurate on one half of the draw (Germany's half), i'd bet that my next prediction has the same prediction accuracy.
I predict that Germany will rely on the overwhelming home crowd support to gain the edge over Italy and France will rely on their collective experience, wizardry of Zinedine Zidane and skills of Thierry Henry. I'm afraid that this is the end of the road for Luis Phillipe Scolari, Luis Figo and the Portugal squad. So brace yourselves for a Germany-France final.
